Hear and Play offered a free trial period with a money back guarantee. My wife liked the lessons during the free period, but did not have the time to devote to properly use the services. She canceled before the free period ended.
Then we saw a monthly charge appearing on the credit card. After four months of charges we got the credit card company involved by filing a complaint with my credit card company. My credit card suspended the charges. My wife did not login once during the four months to the Hear and Play site, except to fill out their form to stop services..
Hear and Play then told us that they would stop charging us (on the credit card that the credit card company had already suspended). Then, out of the goodness of their heart, they refunded one of the four months they had charged us. I guess that was "fulfillment" of the money back guarantee.
Every correspondence from Hear and Play carried a request for a rating of the agent. EVERY one.
